BERKELEY, CA - June 18, 2008, 6. 30 PM Ambassadors of Peace Association, Fan Francisco Bay Area feature famous American public speaker and documentary producer Ms Niki Nicastro at Moses Durst’s residence.
Some 50 invited quests attended a private viewing of Niki’s ROOTS OF WAR documentary, following by group evaluation.
Niki circulated among the groups. When she visited our group, I was commenting on the term ISLAMIST, JEHADIST and AL-QAIDA, none which I argued is an Islamic term and has nothing to do with terms of the Holy Quran.
Later, I was asked by the group to be one of the 5 spokespersons to sum up the discussion here again I stressed the terms “Islamist” and “Jihadist” are coined by irresponsible journalists the words neither Arabic nor English and have nothing to do with Islam.
I insisted that 911 must be attributed to Al-Qaida and not Islam.

PBC, (Public Broadcasting Channel) initially launched ROOTS OF WAR but quickly pulled it off after a spate of criticism.
Niki’s new edition of the documentary is slated for PBC viewers soon.
Niki Nicastro McCuistion is the co-founder of the Foundation for Responsible Television, a foundation which focuses on issues - oriented educational television programs that illuminate the concerns that touch peoples' lives, socially, politically and economically. She is the executive producer and producer of the award winning McCUISTION television program, now in its 13th year with KERA-Public Television, Dallas, and syndicated on Public Television in several cities around the country.
